CCTV operator training
Phoenix CCTV training covers the knowledge and responsibilities involved in surveillance work. The course includes monitoring, risk identification, observation and working to relevant codes of practice.
For CCTV roles requiring an SIA licence, you need the relevant qualification before applying. Completing the course does not itself issue a licence: applications are made separately to the SIA and are subject to its checks.
